Buick and GMC produce many excellent vehicles and have plans to keep doing so well into the future. There are so many great vehicles currently on the market for GMC and Buick, but what about the vehicles that they have in store for the future? Many consumers have purchased one of these vehicles in recent years and aren't ready to buy a new one just yet, but are waiting for the next remodel of a vehicle before they get a new one. For these consumers it can be very frustrating not knowing when the next remodels of our favorite cars will likely be developed, so here is a run down of all the planned upcoming changes to GMC and Buick vehicles
GMC has many plans in the near future for its vehicles. As we already know there are the recent 2012 Savanas, Terrains, Sierras, Acadias, and Yukons. But one little known fact about the recent GMC remodels is that this is likely going to be the last year for the GMC Canyon. The compact truck has been a durable and reliable vehicle for many over the years, but GMC has already announced plans to shut down the plant that produces Canyons. Closing the line therefore seems eminent.
The Sierra on the other hand is poised for a 2013 remodel. The most likely change to this already fuel efficient vehicle is even more fuel efficiency. With growing industry standards in mileage GMC knows how to meet the demands of its consumers and produce a new vehicle that brings even greater fuel economy. Consumers can expect a new kind of engine from the Sierra in order to make sure that the vehicle lasts longer than ever before
